Who are Girls Eat + Meet?

​

Girls Eat + Meet is a social enterprise  with a goal of creating connections between women through the love of food. We hope to create a community where female foodies will connect and grow friendships.

Since starting my own content creation journey on TikTok back in 2021 (@sopheatsout), I’ve made the most incredible friendships from girls reaching out to me and vice versa, wanting to make connections and enjoy great food or take me to their favourite restaurant!

This was life changing for me, and made moving cities one of the most enjoyable experiences of my life. I was prepared for times of loneliness, and feeling a bit out of place, but thanks to my TikTok, I never had to experience this.

I thought to myself, “How can I recreate this experience for others?” and because of that, Girls Eat + Meet was born.
